My sourdough story began when I became a mom. Like so many mothers, I wanted to give my family more homemade, better-quality food, and I was looking for ways to take care of our health through something as everyday as what we eat. But I needed to find a way to do it without neglecting my work, my baby and all the responsibilities of daily life.
That's when I discovered the world of sourdough bread. I fell so in love with it that I started reading, researching, taking courses and experimenting on my own. I wanted to learn to bake good bread at home, but I needed the process to fit my life, not for my life to revolve around bread.
Over time, I realized there was no point in learning complicated techniques if I couldn't fit them into my routine. So I set out to find simpler, more practical ways to bake at home.
And that experience is how this course was born.
I created it with moms like you in mind: moms who want to take better care of their families, give their kids homemade bread made with good ingredients and make more mindful choices about what goes on the table, without spending all day in the kitchen.
I want to teach you what I wish I'd known when I started: how to understand sourdough, plan your time and bake delicious bread at home, so you can bring more homemade food into your family's meals, even when you have a million things to do.
Because taking care of your loved ones also means paying attention to what we eat every day. And baking your own bread can be a way to connect your kitchen with your family's well-being, enjoy ingredients you know and create special moments around the table.
You don't need to be an expert or have hours to spare. You just need a guide to help you take the first step toward a more homemade, mindful way of enjoying bread. And I'd love to be there with you.
